program: Paint tool Sai + Photoshop CS3
tool: Mercury Innovations Mouse
paint tool sai Part
1- base color in random shape ( pen tool)
2- visualize and shade the part that you had picture in your brain ( marker+ water tool 10)
3- give out more darker shade to make it more stand out ( marker + water tool 10)
4- add a bit grey to make it more live ( marker tool)
5- add a little bit red and blur it to add dept ( marker+ water tool 10)
6- color the lip with pinkish red, visualize the lip shape before I color ( marker+ water tool 10)
7- add white to create light source and smooth ( marker+ water tool 10)
8- linear part that need strong dept ( brush + water tool 10)
9- color eyes with black ( brush)
10- shade and add detail ( water tool)
11: add color to the eyes( marker)
12: set the base black under all layer ( bucket)
13: color the hair ( marker)
14: shade with blue leave space to make it smooth ( marker+ water tool 10)
15: add more shade color then draw hair strand ( marker+ water tool 10+ ink pen)
16: color the shirt ( marker+ water tool 10)
17- paint the background ( air brush+ water tool)
18- paint them fish ( marker+ ink pen+ water tool 10)
19: add smokey effect ( air brush+ blur+ water tool )
PHOTOSHOP PART:
20: enhance the picture ( layer gradient, color balance, photo filter, noise texture, gradient map)

NOTE: this is not a tutorial this is just a digital walkthrough that :iconmoskakoi: suggest me to make one... and there no sketch layer ( I don't sketch this), is all about visualize in brain.... thus this only take from 10 min- 20 min.

I certainly like how you visualize your artwork, for me, I'm still struggling to make what's inside my head real. :)
